To connect your Prestashop Store you need to create a webservices user in your store admin panel. To create a webservice user navigate to Advanced Parameters and Webservice. Turn on Enable Enable PrestaShop's webservice if it is turned off. Now click on Add new Webservice generate a key and give View(GET) permision to all resources.

After you create a webservice user. Give generated key, store name, store url to our connection prestashop page (link below). Make sure that in the configuration section Enable PrestaShop's webservice is turned on and also webservice user you have created is enabled.
